1. Purpose
This Data Policy explains how LookCity+ organizes, uses, protects, retains and provides access to information used to operate the platform.
It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

4. Access by Platform Roles
Users
Users can access their own account information and their own bookings and related user-facing information.
Businesses
A business can access information necessary to manage its own business profile, services, appointments and customer interactions supported by the platform.
City Admins
City administrators may access platform information necessary to administer their assigned city and its approved platform operations.
Main Admin
Main Admin has platform-level administrative access required to operate and govern LookCity+.
5. Data Sharing
LookCity+ does not treat all platform information as publicly available.
Information is shared according to the function being performed. For example, information necessary to complete an appointment may be shared with the selected business.
Public business profiles may contain business information intentionally provided for public discovery.
We may also use infrastructure and technology providers necessary to operate the platform.
6. Firebase Infrastructure
LookCity+ uses Firebase services for application infrastructure, including authentication, database, hosting and related services.
Access to Firebase-backed information is controlled through application authentication and database security rules.
Administrative access is restricted according to the platform's role structure.
7. Data Retention
Data should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is used, including service delivery, account management, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it is retained.
8. Correction and Deletion
Users may request correction, updating or deletion of personal information through the available support or privacy request process.
Requests may require verification of the requester's identity.
Deletion may be subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, dispute-resolution or other applicable requirements.
9. Consent and Withdrawal
Where processing is based on consent, users should be given a clear mechanism to understand the relevant purpose and, where applicable, withdraw consent.
Withdrawal of consent may affect the availability of a feature where that information is necessary to provide the feature.

LookCity+ uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect data.
