LookCity+ is a local discovery platform that helps customers discover businesses, services, offers, events and other local information.

LookCity+ may provide tools that allow customers to contact businesses, send enquiries, submit reviews and, where enabled, request appointments or other services.

By using LookCity+, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to visitors, customers and business users of LookCity+ unless separate written terms are provided for a specific service.

Some features require a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information associated with your account and for using your account only for lawful purposes.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final terms, pricing, availability, cancellation conditions and other details directly with the relevant business before committing to a service.

Customers may be able to submit ratings, reviews, enquiries or other content. You are responsible for content you submit and must not post content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, infringing or unrelated to the relevant business or experience.

By submitting content to LookCity+, you give LookCity+ permission to store, display and use that content for operating and improving the platform, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

LookCity+ may moderate or remove content that violates these terms or applicable policies.

Offers, events, prices, timings, availability and other local information may change. Businesses or event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit.

Customers should verify important details with the relevant provider before relying on them.

You must not misuse LookCity+, interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy platform data in a manner that violates applicable law or our policies, or use the platform for fraud, harassment or other unlawful activity.

LookCity+ may link to or rely on third-party services such as maps, authentication providers, messaging services or external business websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

LookCity+ is provided on an evolving platform basis and may be changed, interrupted or unavailable from time to time.

To the extent permitted by law, LookCity+ does not guarantee that listings, reviews, availability, offers, events or other information will always be complete, current or error-free.

LookCity+ may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, businesses, comply with law, investigate misuse or enforce these terms.

You may stop using LookCity+ at any time. Account deletion requests can be submitted through the profile section where that feature is available.

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform, services or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
